Where does my order ship from?

Do you restock any items?
A majority of items are limited edition and will not restock when sold out. Dreamily believes that fashion should be ever changing, and strives to create new one-of-a-kind items every season.
Sometimes we will find some random out of stock items here and there around the office, and put them on the website. It's best to sign up for the email wait list in case something pops up!
For conventions, Dreamily may aside a set number of items to keep in stock for events to be attended. All remaining items will be put into the online store when the event is over.
Dreamily also has B-grades of many (often sold out) items and sizes to be sold at certain in-person events, but please feel free to DM or email us if you're looking for a particular sold out or discounted style or size. These items will be sold at a discount depending on the manufacture's defect, and the reason for the defect will be shared.
What sizing/measurements does Dreamily follow? How would I know the fit of a garment?
Dreamily Apparel follows US women's size (unless otherwise specified) only in inches. A helpful tip to estimate the fit of the garment is to measure an existing tee/hoodie/jacket you have in the same way depicted on the size chart on each item. This will give a rough idea of the fit of the item.
Please note that the fit might be different on males because of women's sizing and fit, especially on the armhole and shoulder area. We are not working on unisex fit at the moment.

What is your return and exchange policy?
Dreamily has a strict no refund and no return policy. Exchanges are ONLY permitted for manufacturer defected items.
Customers are responsible to check size measurements, product info and any other important updates before making their purchase. If more information is needed before purchase, feel free to contact/email/DM us for more info!
Exchanges are only allowed for manufacturer defected items. Please see "Shipping" page for more information in regards to returning manufacturer defect items.
Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?
The Dreamily online store accepts:
• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout
• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us
• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay
How long does it take to process my order?
We ship out all orders twice a week on Tuesday and Fridays. If there's an influx of orders (such as during a release), it may take more time to process. Please allow extra time if so.
Customers are welcome to ask for rush processing and staff will do their best to accomodate. Please mention rush processing in the notes of your order, or contact hi@dreamilyapparel.com.
How can I track my order?
All order confirmations will be sent to the email provided during checkout, which includes a tracking number for customers to refer to once the item is shipped out. Please note that tracking numbers may take a day or two to update with each step.
